We had the joyous experience of discovering a water main leak on our property on a Saturday - Why is it always the weekend?? I called on Sunday and was able to set up an appointment for someone to come check it out on Monday (could’ve done it Sunday, I just didn’t want to pay the understandable weekend premium!) The work was fully complete by Friday after some snags that weren’t at all the fault of these guys (like the county marking utilities at the wrong house). I found everyone I interacted with through this to be friendly and helpful, and the work was done with care to try to make things look as similar as they reasonably could after trenching through our grass and driveway! I should also mention that this was all happening during an AWFUL heat wave, so I was extra appreciative of the work they were doing! I will definitely keep these guys in mind for future plumbing issues.

Nice people. Came out and did an emergency toilet repair for me - I supplied the kit which I already had on hand with plans to do it myself. This is where I'll say it seems the kit that I had has more features and complexity than the ones they usually provide. Then it was running water the next day so I had to call them back for remedial work. On inspection it wasnt clear what the issue was. However in looking at the instructions I could see it was not installed properly. The plumber said again that the brand new flush valve was defective and it needed to be replaced again. But i would be charged for it because they don't warranty customer supplied parts. No thanks. I'm not paying for something twice because it wasn't installed properly the first time. I will find myself an alternative plumbing company. At least the people are nice though and they were responsive. I will give 3 stars for that.

Chris from Plummer Near Me came to fix a leak on our Jacuzzi. Chris showed us how to check if we have any water leak by checking the main water pipe into the house. We noticed it showed a leak. Chris went in the crawl space and found a pipe was leaking. ( We had another plumbing company out for our whole house plumbing inspection. They did not find the leak in the Jacuzzi, nor the leak in the crawl - our pest control person even noticed the Jacuzzi leak). Chris was very helpful and professional. Will certainly ask for him if we need plumbing service.

It is sometimes hard to find patient, knowledgeable people to work with. As a Realtor, having the best specialists to call on is key to having a successful business. Amanda, the dispatch manager, was calm and responded quickly. Chris W. was not only a pleasure to communicate with but his knowledge of the sewer system in older homes, built in the early 1900s, and his problem solving skills in staying determined on the best way to complete the job, made for a top-to-bottom great experience. Chris & Nathan were very professional, knowledgeable and solved our problem. I hired their services to unclog a toilet. However, I was taken aback by the cost—it came to over $700, which I found to be extremely expensive with a 4 percent fee if you use a credit card. While the service itself was excellent, the high price tag makes it hard to recommend for those on a budget. I hope they consider adjusting their rates in the future. Thank you so much!

Our problem involved more than a little bit of time, so Randy came back the next day with his positive attitude and knowledge and had us up and running. We appreciate his persistence in solving the problem. We at Stoneman HVAC definitely recommend Plumber Near Me LLC.

With the Super Bowl LIX kickoff 1 1/2 hours away, we discover a major plumbing emergency: no flushing toilets. And company present. Thanks to a clogged sewer line, we were unable to use our toilets or any of our water lines for fear of water back-up and flooding. Thank goodness for Plumber Near Me and plumber Chris McSwain. Removing our first-floor toilet and using a snake with a camera, Chris diagnosed the problem as a collapsed sewer line which created the water back-up. Chis was able to clear the line so that we could use the toilets, dishwasher and showers before the Super Bowl halftime! Plumber Near Me will have a crew come back the next day to repair and fortify the line. Thanks, Chris and Plumber Near Me for coming to our rescue on such short notice.

Had a leak coming from the toilet. Thought maybe it was a bad seal. Randy was sent over to trouble shoot and found that the leak was coming from the tank due to improper installation. He promptly made repairs to resolve the issue. While waiting to see if problem had for sure had been fixed he went in the crawl space to check for any other issues. Came back in and said all under house was good and dry. He then rechecked the toilet for leaking. No leak found, all was good. He went over the problem found and the actual cost to repair before he did the work so there would be no surprises. Randy is very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Very customer service oriented. Would definitely use Randy again.

We had a pipe break late in the afternoon due to current construction work on our second bathroom. That left us with 4 people, 1 toilet, and no water. After calling multiple plumbers who all advertised 24 H emergency services, I was so grateful to finally hear that I could have a plumber the same day, even if it was after hours. Chris was here by 7:30 pm, within 4 hours of my frantic phone call to the company. He did a great job making sure all the leaks were fixed before he left. I called for a utility sink install. James, (who has a really excellent beard!), came out within a couple of hours. He called ahead of time to coordinate his arrival. He was informative, friendly, and professional. He reviewed my options with me and obtained quotes. The quote was higher than I had expected (over $400 with no parts needed aside from tape/adhesive), especially considering there was no cutting, just applying tape/adhesive and screwing a few things together. But, I had tried on my own and there were leaks, so I wanted the assurance of having it done right. And James was able to do the job right then. That made a difference to me too. The install went well. I enjoyed chatting with James, who if he minded my hanging around, didn't show it. I'd definitely call Plumber Near Me again because they (James and the receptionist) were prompt, courteous, professional, and they seemed to do the job right.

Chris stopped by to give us a diagnosis on our kitchen faucet's low water pressure. I really appreciate his thoroughness and how he was able to explain to us all the possible issues that could be contributing to the low water pressure. He even gave us the rundown on how to replace our stop valves ourselves if we wanted to DIY it, which we really appreciated. We'll definitely look to Chris again if we have any future problems!

As new homeowners in a new area, you never quite know who to trust. But we were blown away by Lee and Plumber Near Me. They sent a master plumber out the same day we called, he diagnosed the issue, and was able to fix our problem (a cracked pipe!) in a matter of hours for a reasonable price. We're so thankful for such a fast fix with minimal damage to our home beyond what we were already going to have to repair. Thank you again to Plumber Near Me and Lee for going above and beyond!

Water was extremely hot so I suspected my 15+ year old water heater was about to die. Called around 11 am, booked appointment for 12-4, Lee was here just before 1. Inspected heater, found melted wires, provided estimate and went to get replacement water heater. Work completed by 3:30, back in business with hot water. Great courteous service from Lee. Appreciate the fast service.

Brandon was one of the most kind thoughtful plumbers I had ever met. Even though my issue was small and very inconvenient the man came and fixed the he issue. No resentment based on how late it was. He showed compassion and even fixed a few more things I didn’t even know about. He’s a dedicated plumber and amazing at what he does.

Plumber Near Me has been to my house several times over the past month or so. The first time was to repair a toilet float valve, and since I was happy with that repair, I used them again a few weeks later to replace 3 bathroom faucets. Lee came out both times and did a great job for me. One of the faucets had an aerator problem, causing a leak, so Lee had me buy a new one and he returned to install it a few days later. When this new faucet developed a slow leak with the drain unit, I called Plumber Near Me again, and they were quick to respond, assigning Lee to come out to follow up on the problem. Lee was very knowledgeable and suggested that maybe a metal drain unit would be a better option than the plastic unit that came with the faucet. He went out and bought the metal unit, and returned soon to swap out the part and replace it with the metal unit. I found Lee to be very persistent, and professional, following up each time problems occurred, to diagnose and fix the problem. Plumber Near Me offers very good customer service, and were very responsive to quickly schedule a return visit, whenever a problem occurred, sometimes the same day or day after, no waiting around for days to get repair service. The mark of a good company is how soon they respond when issues arise, and I found Plumber Near Me to be very reliable and quick to take action when needed. I highly recommend them for outstanding customer service, and also to Lee, for a job well done.
