Nice people. Came out and did an emergency toilet repair for me – I supplied the kit which I already had on hand with plans to do it myself. This is where I'll say it seems the kit that I had has more features and complexity than the ones they usually provide. Then it was running water the next day so I had to call them back for remedial work. On inspection it wasnt clear what the issue was. However in looking at the instructions I could see it was not installed properly. The plumber said again that the brand new flush valve was defective and it needed to be replaced again. But i would be charged for it because they don't warranty customer supplied parts. No thanks. I'm not paying for something twice because it wasn't installed properly the first time. I will find myself an alternative plumbing company. At least the people are nice though and they were responsive. I will give 3 stars for that.

However, I was taken aback by the cost—it came to over $700, which I found to be extremely expensive with a 4 percent fee if you use a credit card. With the Super Bowl LIX kickoff 1 1/2 hours away, we discover a major plumbing emergency: no flushing toilets. And company present. Thanks to a clogged sewer line, we were unable to use our toilets or any of our water lines for fear of water back-up and flooding. Thank goodness for Plumber Near Me and plumber Chris McSwain. Had a leak coming from the toilet. Thought maybe it was a bad seal. Randy was sent over to trouble shoot and found that the leak was coming from the tank due to improper installation. He promptly made repairs to resolve the issue. While waiting to see if problem had for sure had been fixed he went in the crawl space to check for any other issues. Came back in and said all under house was good and dry. He then rechecked the toilet for leaking. No leak found, all was good. Chris came as scheduled, reviewed our leak situation (partly hidden by drywall) and then explained what he would do to further find the leak. He quickly identified the exact source and location, explained why it happened and then left for a brief time to get the parts needed for repair. Upon returning he realigned things to avoid this happening again and installed new lines and couplings. He also identified where there was water damage to our drywall contractor. I called for a utility sink install. James, (who has a really excellent beard!), came out within a couple of hours. He called ahead of time to coordinate his arrival. He was informative, friendly, and professional. He reviewed my options with me and obtained quotes. The quote was higher than I had expected (over $400 with no parts needed aside from tape/adhesive), especially considering there was no cutting, just applying tape/adhesive and screwing a few things together. But, I had tried on my own and there were leaks, so I wanted the assurance of having it done right. And James was able to do the job right then. That made a difference to me too. The install went well. I enjoyed chatting with James, who if he minded my hanging around, didn't show it. Very satisfied, Jeff S. came and did estimate, we needed garbage disposal replaced and two old faucets replaced, it was a major job since they had to be cut out. Their office was great with scheduling, the job was done by Jeff who did the estimate, he came on time, was efficient, obviously knew all the tricks and got the job done. This stuff isn't cheap but I trust they gave me a fair price. Thanks.

Chris stopped by to give us a diagnosis on our kitchen faucet's low water pressure. I really appreciate his thoroughness and how he was able to explain to us all the possible issues that could be contributing to the low water pressure. He even gave us the rundown on how to replace our stop valves ourselves if we wanted to DIY it, which we really appreciated. We'll definitely look to Chris again if we have any future problems!

As new homeowners in a new area, you never quite know who to trust. But we were blown away by Lee and Plumber Near Me. They sent a master plumber out the same day we called, he diagnosed the issue, and was able to fix our problem (a cracked pipe!) in a matter of hours for a reasonable price. Water was extremely hot so I suspected my 15+ year old water heater was about to die. Called around 11 am, booked appointment for 12-4, Lee was here just before 1. Inspected heater, found melted wires, provided estimate and went to get replacement water heater. Work completed by 3:30, back in business with hot water. Great courteous service from Lee. Appreciate the fast service.

Brandon was one of the most kind thoughtful plumbers I had ever met. Even though my issue was small and very inconvenient the man came and fixed the he issue. No resentment based on how late it was. Plumber Near Me has been to my house several times over the past month or so. The first time was to repair a toilet float valve, and since I was happy with that repair, I used them again a few weeks later to replace 3 bathroom faucets. Lee came out both times and did a great job for me. One of the faucets had an aerator problem, causing a leak, so Lee had me buy a new one and he returned to install it a few days later. When this new faucet developed a slow leak with the drain unit, I called Plumber Near Me again, and they were quick to respond, assigning Lee to come out to follow up on the problem. Lee was very knowledgeable and suggested that maybe a metal drain unit would be a better option than the plastic unit that came with the faucet. He went out and bought the metal unit, and returned soon to swap out the part and replace it with the metal unit. I found Lee to be very persistent, and professional, following up each time problems occurred, to diagnose and fix the problem. Plumber Near Me offers very good customer service, and were very responsive to quickly schedule a return visit, whenever a problem occurred, sometimes the same day or day after, no waiting around for days to get repair service. The mark of a good company is how soon they respond when issues arise, and I found Plumber Near Me to be very reliable and quick to take action when needed. I highly recommend them for outstanding customer service, and also to Lee, for a job well done.
